By accessing and using PadelBook, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
PadelBook provides an online platform for booking padel courts. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All bookings are subject to court availability. Once confirmed, a booking can only be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
All prices displayed are per person for a 90-minute session and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: creating false bookings, using another person's account, or attempting to circumvent our booking system.
PadelBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to loss of data or court unavailability due to maintenance.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
